Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Email Marketing / Lead Generation Specialist with experience in generating qualified leads from the Government Sector for IT Services and IT Products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data mining, email campaigns, paid lead generation tools, and identifying business opportunities for services like Website Development, Mobile Application Development, HRMS, DMS, ERP, and other software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads from Government Departments, PSUs, Smart City Projects, and other public sector organizations.
- Execute email marketing campaigns for IT Services and Software Products.
- Identify decision-makers and key contacts through data mining and research.
- Use paid tools and platforms for lead generation, contact extraction, and database building.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, portals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a strong database of government prospects and tenders.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and conversion activities.
- Research RFPs, tenders, and government procurement opportunities related to IT services/products.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular lead generation reports.
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Experience in Government Sector Lead Generation for IT Services/Products.
- Strong knowledge of Email Marketing and Database Management.
- Hands-on experience with paid tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- Lusha
- Hunter.io
- Snov.io
- Other lead generation/data mining tools
- Good understanding of IT Services
- Website Development
- Mobile Application Development
- HRMS
- DMS
- ERP
- AI-based solutions
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate high-quality and conversion-oriented leads.
- Graduate in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with B2G (Business-to-Government) lead generation will be preferred.
