Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, hands-on experience in data analysis using SQL, and proficiency in JIRA for requirement management and agile delivery.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, pain points, and improvement areas.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support decision-making, identify trends, and validate business hypotheses.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and new solutions.
• Use JIRA to manage user stories, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for supply chain KPIs.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.

• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains.
• Strong working knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, Logistics, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL — ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with JIRA / Confluence for agile project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of supply chain analytics, forecasting, or optimization projects.
• Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
