Workday Integration Analyst
Hands-on knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming) will be considered an added advantage, particularly for supporting custom integrations or middleware-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of HR systems integration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements- Design, build, and support integrations between Workday and third-party applications using Workdaydelivered integration tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services, EIBs, and Core Connectors and Workday Studio
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday integration solutions.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Support Workday production integrations, including incident management and enhancements.
- Assist with Workday releases, impact analysis, testing, and deployment of changes.
- Maintain integration-related technical documentation and support artifacts.
- Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and internal IT stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow.
- Follow Workday best practices, security standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- 3–4 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday REST / SOAP APIs o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) o Workday Core Connectors o Workday Studio
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, data flows, and error handling.
- Experience working with XML and JSON data formats.
- Knowledge of Workday tenants (Implementation, Sandbox, Production) and migration processes.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and support production integrations.
- Good understanding of SDLC and IT support processes.
- .NET programming experience, especially:
- C#.NET
- REST API development and consumption
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts
- Knowledge of tools like Azure, Entra ID will be helpful.
- Prior experience in global HR system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
