Role Overview
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead end-to- end delivery of digital engineering projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- - Own delivery of mobile apps, web platforms, cloud, and AI/ML solutions for global clients
- Manage multiple accounts/projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and Design teams
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and release management
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and proactively manage risks
- Build strong client relationships to ensure CSAT, retention, and account growth
- Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- Track and optimize KPIs – utilization, revenue, margins, delivery timelines, CSAT
- Support presales, solutioning, and estimation for new opportunities
- - 8–15 years of experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management (IT services)
- Strong exposure to digital engineering (Mobile, Web, Cloud, AI/GenAI projects)
- Experience managing US/UK clients and distributed teams
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery governance
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to handle complex programs and client escalations
- - PMP / Scrum certification
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong business acumen (revenue, margin, forecasting, account scaling)
