Senior Salesforce Developer (Tech Lead Track)

About the Role

You will design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions that shape our platform strategy.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and implementable solutions
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and asynchronous methods with high performance standards
• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage complex Salesforce data models
• Implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows to meet business objectives
• Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and enterprise coding standards
• Configure and manage Salesforce security models including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), and Field-Level Security
• Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals), and Health Cloud platforms
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems
• Execute data migration strategies, ETL processes, and bulk data handling operations
• Implement and manage authentication mechanisms including OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions proactively
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex programming (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods)
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Deep knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling best practices
• Proven experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security architecture and configuration
• Demonstrated experience working with Sales Cloud implementations
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development, user access management, and branding)
• Hands-on experience with Health Cloud (data models, care management, healthcare workflows)
• Proficiency in building REST and SOAP API integrations
• Solid understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing patterns (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events)
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing system performance
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments

• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR, EMR, Utilization Management, and Care Management platforms
