Role Overview:
We are seeking a Outbound Marketing Associate to support our business development efforts. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with strong documentation and presentation skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Prior knowledge of Salesforce is not required; however, previous experience in the IT sector is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities related to CRM and digital transformation.
- Support lead generation activities, including email outreach, phone calls, and participation in professional events under senior guidance.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured documents such as sales proposals, meeting notes, and internal reports.
- Create professional presentations and pitch decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update sales records, trackers, and CRM entries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather inputs and ensure documentation reflects solution offerings appropriately.
- Stay informed about relevant technologies and services in the digital transformation space, with a focus on continual skill development.
- Report directly to Directors and Department Heads, assisting them with operational support and sales initiatives.
- Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a positive and team-oriented approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience; internship or job exposure in the IT industry is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and internal processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable work ethic.
