Job Description

Project Controlling

Monitor and manage project portfolio performance to support value creation for clients and the organization. Identify variances and assist in applying corrective financial measures with guidance.

Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Project Setup & Maintenance

Handle project creation, closure, and maintenance in ERP systems. Ensure accurate project structuring and ongoing monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

Invoicing & Financial Reporting

Prepare and draft invoices in line with contractual requirements for review. Support timely billing cycles and assist in preparation of financial reports.

Project Manager Support

Work directly with Project Managers to support project delivery within defined scope. Assist in financial tracking, coordination, and reporting activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting Tools

Use Excel (including macros), Power BI, and Power Query for financial analysis, automation, and reporting. Develop dashboards and support data visualization for management reporting.

ERP Systems & Financial Operations

Work with ERP systems for project accounting, invoicing, and financial tracking. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data.
