Airport Ground Staff

• focused individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience for our passengers.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and baggage
• Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations
• Coordinate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services
• Respond to emergency situations and follow safety protocols
• Adhere to all airport and airline regulations and policies
• Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline procedures and policies Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills
