About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on Zoho expertise to manage our finance and accounting operations. You'll own the billing lifecycle, keep receivables healthy, and be the go-to person for all things Zoho Books — ensuring our financial processes run accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books as the primary system
  • Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements, including filing support
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting workflows
Invoicing & Billing
  • Raise and manage invoices directly within Zoho Books based on client agreements
  • Automate recurring billing workflows and payment reminders using Zoho's native features
  • Maintain clean records of billing cycles, transactions, and client-wise history
Accounts Receivable & Collections
  • Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments via Zoho AR dashboards
  • Maintain aging reports and collections data within Zoho Books
  • Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with clients
Reconciliation & Reporting
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank matching within Zoho Books
  • Generate weekly/monthly receivables and collections reports using Zoho's reporting module
  • Ensure data integrity across Zoho and connected financial systems
Client & Internal Coordination
  • Handle billing queries professionally, with quick turnarounds
  • Coordinate with internal teams for invoice inputs and approvals within Zoho workflows
  • Bridge communication between finance, operations, and client accounts
What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts/finance roles
  • Proficient in Zoho Books — hands-on experience is a must
  • Good understanding of invoicing, AR, reconciliation, and GST
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
Good to Have
  • Experience setting up or optimising Zoho Books workflows
  • Familiarity with other Zoho Finance apps — Zoho Expense, Zoho Invoice, or Zoho Analytics
  • Exposure to high-volume invoicing environments
Tools & Systems
  • Zoho Books (primary — must-have)
  • Zoho Expense / Zoho Analytics (preferred)
  • Tally
  • GST Filing systems
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
