Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Partnerships- Reach out to potential sponsors, judges, schools, educational organizations, and creative communities
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, educators, and partners
- Coordinate collaborations and sponsorship opportunities for competitions and magazines
- Generate leads through email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach
- Promote and sell competition entries, magazines, and related offerings
- Follow up with prospective customers and partners
- Assist in increasing subscriptions, magazine orders, and overall brand engagement
- Help create marketing campaigns for competitions and magazine launches
- Manage outreach emails, newsletters, and promotional communication
- Support social media promotions and audience engagement
- Maintain organized records of leads, sponsors, and outreach activities
- Respond to inquiries from parents, schools, sponsors, and participants professionally
- Ensure smooth communication and relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or partnership management
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tool like WordPress is a plus
- Passion for education, creativity, and youth development
- Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads, or social media marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills
