- 1 - 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, inbound/outbound sales, cold calling, business development & marketing post completion of bachelor's is desirable.

Role Summary: The purpose of this role is to drive inside sales for B2C vertical of Aon’s HR Learning Center practice.Role Overview:
The incumbent would be responsible for: Developing in-depth expertise on key courses and driving sales for them.
- Build knowledge for key courses and own their entire lifecycle
- Lead pre-sales activities and drive sales closure for public programs
- Spearhead referral marketing and generate leads from past participants.
- Conduct facilitator walkthroughs for the program . Managing the channel and partner ecosystem
- Build advocacy and alignment for AHLC within key stakeholders
- Drive channel partners to drive conversions.Contributing to strategic marketing initiatives
- Explore social media partnerships.
- Propose, design and implement innovative marketing solutions. Maintaining customer experience
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads
- Monitor Customer Query Resolution.
- Experience in pre-sales and sales excellence.
- Experience in content writing will be an advantage.
- Exposure to marketing is preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good communication skill (both written and verbal)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Power Point
- Experience with Leadership Capability Building players (Harvard, CCL, etc.) or HR Capability Building players (SHRM etc.)
