Role Description
As a full-time Sales Executive at QIS Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building a robust client network, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets.You will communicate the value of QIS's tailored solutions and services to clients, provide product information, and support customers in their purchasing decisions. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth will be a key part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications- Sales Expertise: Proven skills in sales, client management, and achieving targets, with experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICT products such as CCTV systems, fire safety solutions, access control, and energy monitoring systems is a plus
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions effectively
- Professional Qualities: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant Experience: Prior sales experience in technology, automation, or security sectors is Must ( 2-5 years )
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication
