- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from diverse sources to support decision-making.
- Ability to design and document business processes and workflows clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to assess business models and integrate technology solutions to meet organizational needs.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
