• Drive Investor Relations for the Group and be pivotal in raising funds via capital markets.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the industry.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the gas sector operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Provide strategic advice to the executive team to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead risk management initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Monitor key financial metrics and present insights to support decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should:

• Be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 15+ years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Should presently be heading Investor Relations and Corporate Finance for a public listed organisation.
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Oil & Gas sector and its financial dynamics is an advantage.
