The Placement Manager is responsible for building demand and closing placements for trained childcare workers across households, gated communities, crèches, schools, hospitals, and institutions ensuring dignified, safe, and fairly paid jobs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Employer Engagement & Partnerships
Quarterly, identify and onboard 50-60 trained childcare professionals to employers such as gated communities, families, crèches, schools, and hospitals.
Develop a quarterly lead pipeline of 50-60 opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Organize at least one employer sensitization event (pop-up) each quarter to promote hiring certified childcare workers.
Placement Operations
Align worker profiles with employer needs, considering factors such as working hours, child age groups, and required skills.
Coordinate interviews, trials, and confirm final placements.
Clearly communicate details regarding salary, working hours, job responsibilities, leave policies, and boundaries.
Commercial & Contract Management
Negotiate salaries and placement conditions based on Hera benchmarks.
Oversee placement fees, invoice coordination, and employer contract management.
Monitor employer payments and contract renewals.
Feedback & Retention Support
Collect employer feedback after placement.
Promptly report any issues to the Worker Manager for timely resolution.
Assist with replacements or re-matching if placements are unsuccessful.
Market Intelligence
Monitor salary trends, demand fluctuations, and hiring preferences.
Provide insights to inform training program design and workforce planning.
Required Profile
Experience
4–7 years in placement, recruitment, staffing, or business development roles.
Experience in domestic staffing, healthcare staffing, education staffing, or skills development is preferred.
Skills
Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Ability to balance sales objectives with social sensitivity.
Comfortable working with targets, closing deals, and completing reports.
Competent in articulating the value of certification and safety standards to employers.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
Hindi proficiency is preferred.
