Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate with a strong agency background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scouting, evaluating, and shortlisting influencers based on campaign requirements. This role requires a robust existing network of influencers, creators, talent managers, or agencies, along with a passion for digital marketing.

• Scout, evaluate, and shortlist approximately 70-80 influencers per month according to specific campaign needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• Analyze influencer performance and campaign effectiveness to optimize future collaborations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to enhance campaign strategies.
• Manage communication and negotiations with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably from an agency background.
• Proven existing network of influencers, creators, talent managers, or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to evaluate influencer metrics and campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
