Custom Software Engineer

Educational Qualification : Min 15 years of full time education

The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving and refining software to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer navigates complex challenges and contributes to the overall success of projects by aligning technical solutions with organizational goals.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using Dynatrace APM tools.
• Strong understanding of application performance management concepts and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Familiarity with integrating performance monitoring solutions into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in distributed software environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
