Job Summary:

Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying, analyzing, and resolving software-related issues to maintain seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently Manage Tasks: Perform duties with minimal supervision, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field.
• Active Team Participation: Contribute actively to team discussions and collaborate to find solutions to work-related problems.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address software-related issues before they impact operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve system challenges efficiently.
• Software Solutions Implementation: Develop and deploy software enhancements aimed at optimizing system performance.
• System Audits: Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal functioning.
• End-User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing software-related issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strong understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management.
• Hands-on experience with incident management tools and issue tracking.

Additional Information:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Work Environment: This is an in-office position based in Hyderabad. Work from office is mandatory on all working days.
• Education: A 15-year full-time education is required.
