- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the project.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Product Development Strategy, Python (Programming Language), Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and iterative delivery.
- Ability to design and implement software components that are scalable and maintainable.
- Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
