As a Sr Finance Systems Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our financial systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to end-users.Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize finance systems to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Drive datadriven decisionmaking by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Proven experience in system implementation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
