ROLE SUMMARY:
The HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and performance across ARK's India operations.
This position ensures smooth and disciplined execution in recruitment (for India and U.S. roles), onboarding, offboarding, and API reporting, while driving measurable outcomes and efficiency.
This role provides one clear point of accountability for HR operations in India and acts as the operational bridge between HR, Delivery, Accounting, and ARK Performance Insights, allowing the HRBP to focus on strategic policy, compliance, and U.S. benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Talent Acquisition (India & U.S.)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India internal positions and U.S. consultant roles.
- Supervise sourcing, screening, and closure timelines with clear SLAs.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Sales for hiring forecasts and workforce planning.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports.
- Mentor and develop the India TA team to ensure consistent performance quality.
- HR Operations & Onboarding (India)
- Oversee India onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes.
- Supervise India onboarding/offboarding for consistency and compliance.
- Ensure documentation, audits, and processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Standardize HR forms, templates, and process flows.
- API Oversight (Performance & Insights)
- Manage API data and reporting for HR, Delivery, and Accounting functions.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Present monthly reports and improvement plans to leadership.
- People Management (India)
- Supervise a team of 6–8 HR, TA & API members in India.
- Ensure proper delegation, daily review rhythms, and accountability mechanisms.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions.
- Process Excellence & Governance
- Develop and enforce SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, and termination.
- Serve as escalation point for India HR and TA matters.
- Partner with HRBP to implement HR technology and automation enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10–15 years experience in HR & recruitment management, preferably in US IT staffing.
- Proven experience managing India-based teams supporting U.S. recruitment.
- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of JobDiva or similar ATS tools.
- Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
