We are looking for experienced candidates in US Mortgage – Property Preservation process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and manage property preservation work orders.
- Handle vendor coordination for property maintenance activities.
- Verify invoices, bids, and completion reports.
- Ensure property inspections are completed within SLA.
- Update mortgage servicing systems with accurate information.
- Review damages, repairs, lawn maintenance, winterization, debris removal, etc.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding preservation activities.
- Maintain quality and compliance as per client guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Mortgage Property Preservation process.
- Good knowledge of preservation lifecycle and servicing concepts.
- Experience in handling work orders, bids, and invoice review.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tools/systems used in mortgage servicing is an added advantage.
