We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to support and streamline end-to-end revenue and deal processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle—from opportunity creation to deal closure—while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.
You will work closely with sales, finance, and engineering teams to manage deal workflows, support CRM operations, and enable smooth execution of revenue processes. The role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, Salesforce administration, and deal desk activities, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Execute day-to-day sales operations processes, including order form creation, approvals, opportunity updates, and booking management.
- Maintain and manage contract records, renewals, and account-related activities.
- Support deal desk functions such as amendments, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Provide Salesforce administration support, including user management, data maintenance, and system updates.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene through deduplication, data cleanup, and proper account segmentation.
- Perform bulk data imports and manage large datasets within the CRM system.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with finance and engineering teams.
- Assist in creating demo environments and supporting sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with revenue operations leadership on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Support roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including administration, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
- Good understanding of deal lifecycle processes, including contracts, renewals, and order management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting global sales teams and working across cross-functional teams is a plus.
