Role Overview:

This exciting role of Analyst – Investment Support requires you to support and manage media campaigns for global brands across digital and video platforms. As part of a centralized Campaign Operations team, you will work closely with planning and buying teams in onshore markets, acting as an extension of the global Media Solutions team to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and deliver against their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planners and buyers in the implementation of digital and video media campaigns in accordance with approved media plans.
  • Manage campaign setup and bookings in platforms such as Prisma and ensure timely campaign data entry.
  • Facilitate trafficking processes by issuing trafficking sheets, insertion orders, and managing creative specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements including targeting parameters, creative assets, and budget allocations.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance across digital and video platforms, ensuring campaigns meet performance benchmarks.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and resolve them in a timely manner to minimize performance impact.
  • Support broadcast scheduling and campaign coordination across CTV, OTT platforms and TV networks.
  • Manage billing processes including invoice verification, actualization, contract management, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Conduct campaign performance analysis and assist with preparing reports and insights for optimization.
  • Maintain and update media flowcharts, campaign documentation, and competitive reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, media technologies, and best practices to support campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
  • A full-time graduate degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, campaign trafficking or media buying support.
  • Working knowledge of both Digital (Prisma, CM360, Adform, Innovid etc.) and Video (CTV/OTT/TV platforms, MBOX, broadcast scheduling, billing).
  • Experience working with third-party ad servers such as CM360, Adform, Flashtalking, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing lifecycle and video and broadcast media processes including CTV/OTT/TV scheduling, media execution, and billing workflows.
  • Familiarity with the specifications of various third-party, fourth party, and ad verification tags, including DoubleClick, AppNexus, DMPs, and IAS, among others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
  • Familiarity with media management and scheduling tools such as Prisma, MBOX, IAS, Double verify, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
