About the Company

RV Educational Institutions (RVEI) is a leading educational group committed to delivering quality, accessible, and inclusive education. For over 80 years, RVEI has remained dedicated to nurturing knowledge, fostering innovation, and empowering learners to realize their full potential.

Guided by the vision of creating an environment that promotes active learning, inquiry, healthy competition, and achievement, RVEI enriches the educational experience of students, parents, educators, and stakeholders alike.

Founded in 1940 by the late Sri M. C. Sivananda Sarma—a freedom fighter, educator, and administrator inspired by Gandhian values—RVEI was established with the mission of making quality education accessible to all sections of society. Beginning with the establishment of RV Higher Primary School, the institution has grown into a distinguished educational ecosystem serving learners from kindergarten through postgraduate studies.

Today, RVEI comprises more than 24 institutions supported by over 2,200 faculty and staff members, educating nearly 27,000 students across diverse disciplines, including technology, health sciences, management, law, teacher education, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.

Its academic network includes schools, pre-university colleges, degree colleges, professional institutions, and universities.

Driven by the philosophy of Excellence in Education with Societal Commitment, RVEI emphasizes academic excellence, character development, and social responsibility. The institution actively promotes equal educational opportunities for underprivileged students and individuals with special needs while extending its impact through community outreach, health camps, and rural awareness initiatives.
