GEM / Gov Tender Executive

• The candidate should be capable of handling back-office sales coordination tasks
• Able to independently manage the GeM portal and handle tender preparation and submission
• Skilled in handling customer enquiries, as well as preparing costing and estimations
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
• Salary will be offered at par with the industry standard.
• Proficient in handling email correspondence.
• Experienced in processing sales orders
• Experienced in working with OEM/manufacturing clients and government organizations
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Zoho.
• Strong understanding of current market trends and industry updates
• Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with the internal sales team
• Experienced in preparing techno-commercial proposals and managing tendering processes.

• 2-5 years with relevant industry experience (Preferred)
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Well versed in Microsoft office/G-Suite
• ERP Knowledge (Zoho / Tally)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• - Adequate knowledge in GEM, IREPS and Govt Tenders
