About the Role
The Admission Counsellor plays a vital role in building and nurturing relationships that fuel the growth of FACE Prep's business verticals. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their
requirements, and delivering impactful sales solutions. This role requires proactive communication, a passion for helping customers, and the drive to achieve measurable sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify potential customers and match their needs with appropriate FACE Prep solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage and convert prospects.
- Provide timely support, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (proficiency in Tamil or any South Indian language
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Awareness of current trends in the edtech industry.
- Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/team handling.
- Experience in edtech sales will be an added advantage.
- Any UG/PG degree.
- A personal laptop is mandatory.
- An Android smartphone with call-recording capability is required.
