Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for executing and delivering MetalCloud implementations in client factories. The role involves converting product designs and PRDs into successful deployments by coordinating closely with engineering teams and factory stakeholders.

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end implementation at client locations, ensure operational integration, and drive successful deployment before transitioning the account to the Customer Success team for ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• - Own the execution of product initiatives by translating PRDs and solution designs into structured implementation plans.
• Coordinate with the technology and development teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Manage execution timelines, milestones, and implementation progress.

• - Lead on-ground deployment of MetalCloud solutions in client factories.
• Ensure proper integration of the platform into factory workflows and operational processes.
• Coordinate with plant stakeholders including operations teams, production teams, and technical personnel.

• - Act as the execution lead across engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and factory teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive alignment across teams to resolve implementation challenges and maintain delivery momentum.

• - Oversee testing, configuration, and rollout of solutions at factory locations.
• Ensure that systems are fully operational and aligned with factory processes.
• Validate successful implementation against defined project scope.

• - Manage implementation until the solution is successfully deployed and operational at the client site.
• Ensure factory teams are onboarded and comfortable with system usage.
• Transition the deployed solution to the Customer Success team for ongoing support and engagement.

• - Track project progress, risks, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain clear documentation of project timelines, implementation status, and outcomes.
• Provide structured updates to internal stakeholders on delivery progress.

• - 25 years of experience in project management, industrial technology implementation, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to drive execution and manage multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience coordinating with engineering or technology teams for product deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and execution orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently to factory locations.

• - Background in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
• Exposure to manufacturing software implementation, IoT platforms, or industrial SaaS.
• Understanding of foundry operations or metal manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing B2B enterprise deployments in industrial environments.
