About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our interior design and home renovation services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer interaction, digital marketing, and lead generation in the interiors/home décor industry.

• Generate leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Promote interior design services through field marketing, digital platforms, referrals, and partnerships.
• Meet prospective clients, explain design solutions, and coordinate appointments with the design team.
• Handle walk-in customers, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, and local promotions.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain customer database and track sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of interior design/home renovation industry.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to interact confidently with homeowners and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM handling.
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in interiors, furniture, real estate, modular kitchens, or home décor industry is an advantage.
