Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Greeting and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism at front desk.
- Inform respective teams of client's arrival.
- Arrange beverages, snacks, meals for meetings and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries and transferring the information to
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is always clean, tidy, and presentable and coordinate with the housekeeping team for the same.
- All stations to be checked with all their amenities like stationery, camera, cables etc.
- Schedule and allocate stations as per requirement.
- Make sure that the stations are checked after every meeting.
- Set up Zoom/Teams meetings and ensure audio-visual systems are functional.
- Maintain master contact list – Clients, vendors, contractors, consultants.
- Maintain Applicant master details.
- Update MCD car parking list and issue stickers.
- Maintain MIS for site visit/client meeting held outside Mira.
- Storage upkeep.
- Stationary order and upkeep.
- First Aid kit upkeep.
- Ordering food and beverages for pantry.
- Ordering housekeeping materials.
- Medical Emergency Protocol.
- Fire Emergency Protocol and drill half yearly.
- AMCs.
- Check billings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing courier bookings and maintaining the MIS.
- Make travel arrangements (cabs) for employees for meetings.
- Car parking arrangements for Clients and important guests and the new employees.
