Title: Customer Experience & Growth Executive (On-Site | Gurgaon)Focus: Customer Conversations, Support + Sales Conversion
Location: Gurgaon
Type: Full-Time (On-Site | 6 days/week | 10 hours/day)
Compensation: 20,000/month.

What You'll Do
You'll sit at the intersection of Customer Support + Sales:
Handle inbound customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, DMs)
Guide customers in choosing the right product based on their needs
Convert interested users into paying customers
Follow up with warm leads and incomplete orders
Build trust through meaningful conversations
Maintain CRM updates, call logs, and reports

Must Have
Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confidence in handling calls & chats
Good listening + objection handling ability
Discipline in follow-ups
Good To Have
Experience in customer support / telesales / inside sales
Experience with WhatsApp or D2C brands
Understanding of spiritual or devotional products
Compensation and Growth
Fixed: 20,000/month
