We're looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and delivers a positive customer experience—without phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve product, service, or account-related issues accurately
• Provide clear information about products, services, and policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
• Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat tools/CRM systems
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in chat or customer support
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
• Typing speed of XX WPM (if required)
