Job Description- Needs Analysis & Solution Design:
- Assist in conducting capability assessments and training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and align learning programs with business strategy.
- Act as an Academy anchor for technical and functional capability building.
- Learning Solution Development and facilitation:
- Support the design of blended learning experiences, including digital, face-to-face, coaching, and social learning interventions for technical, functional and leadership skilling.
- Provide flexible support to leadership or customized L&D interventions as required.
- Design, develop and deliver content as needed aligning to ID principles and methodologies
- Program Implementation & Delivery:
- Help coordinate and facilitate various learning programs and initiatives to ensure effective delivery and knowledge transfer to employees.
- LMS Administration:
- Collaborate with the LMS/Tech Specialist for automation of academy workflows.
- Ensure that training records, curricula, and other learning materials are accurately maintained and updated in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build relationships and work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on performance-related learning solutions.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-create learning journeys for succession pipelines.
- Program Evaluation:
- Support the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing learning and development programs by gathering feedback and analyzing results.
- Vendor Management:
- Assist in managing relationships and contracts with external learning vendors and partners when necessary.
- Take on additional responsibilities across L&D function as business needs evolve.
