NPI - Sourcing Leaders (Category Manager / Senior Manager)
- Define and execute short- and long-term sourcing strategies (0-5+ years)
- Build supplier ecosystems for new product development and manufacturing scale-up
- Drive cost optimization, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and quality compliance (including regulated environments)
- Partner closely with R&D, engineering, and global stakeholders to enable seamless product launches
- Improve speed-to-market, inventory health, supplier quality, and cost efficiency
- Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and supply continuity initiatives
- Manage and mentor sourcing teams (including commodity managers)
- Establish sourcing processes in a greenfield / build-from-scratch environment
- 8-15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / supply chain, especially in NPI or product development environments in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or other high-precision manufacturing sectors
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong experience in supplier management, negotiations, and cost optimization
- Exposure to regulated environments (FDA / quality-driven industries)
- Proven track record in global manufacturing and complex supply chains
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
