Job Description
We are a Dehradun-based manufacturer of Instrument Transformers — Current Transformers (CT), Potential Transformers (PT), Metering Cubicles up to 33kV, and Smart Metering Boxes — supplying to DISCOMs, utilities, and industrial clients across India.We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to strengthen our finance function at our Dehradun office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- End-to-end management of vendor invoices — verification, booking, and timely payment processing
- Raising and tracking customer invoices for DISCOM, utility, and industrial clients; following up on outstanding receivables
- Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers on a monthly basis
- Coordinating with the procurement and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintaining ageing reports for receivables and escalating overdue accounts proactively
- Preparing monthly MIS reports — P&L, cash flow, and working capital summaries — for management review
- Maintaining accurate books in Tally/ERP; ensuring data integrity for month-end and year-end closing
- Assisting in audit preparedness by keeping documentation audit-ready at all times
- Payment Collection Sheet to be updated with Follow Ups
