- Customer Support Sr. Associate (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (Financial District) (1- 3 yrs experience)
- Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (Financial District) (3-5 yrs experience)
- QA Executive (Voice Process) - Nanakramguda (Financial District) (3-5 yrs experience)
CTC:
2 LPA - Fresher
2 LPA - 3.5 LPA (Associate / Sr. Associate / Executive)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Minimum Graduation Must
Job Timing: Regular Morning Shift (NO NIGHT SHIFT / NO ROTATIONAL SHIFT) & There is No Transport Provided
5 Days + Alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays)
Job Description:
- Answer inbound / outbound calls & respond to the customer emails
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
