Job Summary**

We are seeking a driven Relationship Officer to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio in the Medchal region. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service for our LAP products.

• Originate, evaluate, and process Loan Against Property (LAP) applications in the Medchal area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and channel partners.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP proposals, assessing creditworthiness and property valuations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements and portfolio growth.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and market segments for LAP.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and changes in lending regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, property valuation, and legal aspects related to secured lending.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Medchal market and customer base is a plus.
