Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
• Experience in integrating SAP CO modules with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with financial and management accounting processes within SAP environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive architectural solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
