This role involves coordinating cleaning, security, hospitality, and other support services to maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional workplace environment.

About the role:
- Housekeeping and Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including offices, common areas, and amenities.
- Waste Management: Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting.
- Pest Control: Coordinate pest control services to prevent infestations.
- Facility Maintenance: Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendor for repairs.
- Knowledge of facilities related to chemicals and MSDS.
- Attention to detail: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including facility managers, employees, and vendors.
- Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Attention to EHS: Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
