• Develop and optimize formulations for nutraceutical powders, functional beverages, and ingredient systems.
• Work on flavor profiling, masking, and enhancement to improve taste and sensory performance.
• Conduct bench trials, pilot trials, and support scale-up to commercial manufacturing.
• Ensure formulation stability, solubility, and consistency across batches.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams for product development and commercialization.
• Maintain accurate documentation including formulations, SOPs, and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot formulation and flavor challenges such as bitterness, off-notes, and stability issues.
• Support raw material evaluation, supplier coordination, and product validation trials.

• Strong understanding of flavour science and formulation techniques.
• Experience in sensory evaluation and taste optimization.
• Knowledge of powder and beverage formulation systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in lab, pilot, and manufacturing environments.
• Good documentation and data-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.

• Execute and manage production batches for nutraceutical powders, functional ingredients, and beverages, including spray drying, mixing, homogenization, drying, and packaging operations.
• Support process optimization and scale-up from lab and pilot scale to commercial manufacturing, ensuring consistency, yield optimization, and product stability.
• Operate and monitor spray drying systems, including feed preparation, process parameter control, and troubleshooting production issues such as low yield, clogging, or moisture variability.
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMRs), production logs, and material balance calculations in compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners (OEMs/CMOs) to support trials, pilot runs, and commercial production.
• Support raw material inspection, supplier coordination, and in-process quality checks, ensuring adherence to specifications and production timelines.
• Assist in technology transfer, validation batches, and customer sample production as required.

• Strong understanding of spray drying and powder technology.
• Familiarity with nutraceutical ingredients (proteins, peptides, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, plant extracts).
• Ability to work in pilot and manufacturing environments.
• Strong documentation and data-handling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.

• MSc / MTech / BTech in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Understanding of functional ingredients like vitamins, minerals, caffeine, plant extracts, etc.
• * Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FSSAI and quality systems.
