Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their investment needs, and guiding them toward the right solutions offered by Liquide.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls and follow-ups
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to drive conversions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment-related industries is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is preferred
