Area Manager, Inbound

You set the example for LPs. You effectively communicate your team’s mission, vision, and priorities and help your reports see how their work contributes to organization goals and makes a positive difference for your customers. You hold regular team meetings to facilitate these conversations and proactively offer a forum for open discussion.You establish and own customized onboarding plans for new members of your team that help them learn the programs/products/tech, processes, and expectations in their role through rapid exposure and skill growth and development.You understand the skills, strengths, and opportunities on your team.

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
