Overview

We are hiring a WordPress Developer to build a scalable, high-performance website based on an existing layout reference. This is not a basic website build—we require dynamic templates and structured architecture to support multi-location and service pages.

• Build website using WordPress (custom theme or highly customized setup)
• Replicate layout from reference site (with new content and branding)
• Develop dynamic page system for services and locations
• Implement reusable templates (no manual page duplication)
• Optimize for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
• Set up basic integrations (forms, tracking, analytics)

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
• Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Applicants who are currently employed will automatically be disqualified.
• This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Strong experience with WordPress development
• Experience with:
• Custom Post Types (CPT)
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar
• Dynamic templates / scalable page structures
• Understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
• Ability to build scalable systems (50–100+ pages)

• Compensation is provided weekly ($3 - 4$ hourly starting rate).
• Full-time remote position.
