Role Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative interior concepts, detailed space planning, realistic 3D visualizations, and immersive walkthrough presentations for residential and commercial projects.
The candidate will work closely with clients, architects, vendors, and project teams to transform ideas into practical and aesthetically appealing interiors. Responsibilities also include preparing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating project execution, handling client communication, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality project delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces
- Prepare detailed space planning layouts and furniture arrangements
- Create high-quality 3D renders and realistic walkthroughs
- Produce immersive presentation videos and animations for clients
- Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and project discussions professionally
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with execution teams
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution when required
- Ensure project quality standards and timely delivery
- Strong expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Proficiency in Architecture and practical design execution
- Experience in creating Construction Drawings and project documentation
- Good understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software
- Must have hands-on experience in Enscape, D5 Render, and Lumion for creating realistic walkthroughs and animations
- Ability to create high-quality rendering presentations and walkthrough videos
- Strong client handling, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Location- Noida (On-site)
