Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound & outbound calls to generate sales and convert leads.
- Understand customers fitness goals and nutrition needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
- Maintain customer data and lead tracking in CRM.
- Manage order and customer details using Excel and Shopify.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat sales.
