What You'll Do:

  • The company is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager / Private Banker - HNI & UHNI Client Acquisition (AUM Origination) for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on bringing fresh assets under management (AUM) onto the platform, ideally suited for professionals currently working in private banking, wealth management, multi-family offices, or investment advisory platforms.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new client relationships, building a strong investor network, and onboarding high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to the company's platform. Candidates with an existing HNI client network strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and onboard new clients and fresh AUM to the company's platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing HNIs, UHNIs, founders, entrepreneurs, global professionals, and NRIs
  • Develop and grow a personal pipeline of prospective investors through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Present the company's global banking and investment platform to prospective clients
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients and grow their engagement with the platform
  • Build and manage a scalable book of client assets while maintaining strong client relationships and retention
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across global banking, investments, and cross-border financial solutions
What Success Looks Like
  • Build a book of - 50- 200+ crore of client assets over time
  • Consistently originate new HNI / UHNI client relationships
  • Establish the company as a trusted platform for global investing among your network
  • Drive meaningful inflows onto the platform through referrals and strategic introductions
Backgrounds That Typically Succeed in This Role
  • Private bankers from leading banks or wealth platforms
  • Relationship managers covering HNI / UHNI clients
  • Advisors from multi-family offices or investment advisory firms
  • Professionals with a strong founder, entrepreneur, or NRI client network

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record of raising assets and acquiring new clients in wealth management, private banking, family offices, or investment advisory
  • Strong network among HNI / UHNI / founder / NRI investor communities
  • Deep understanding of investment products including equities, funds, global portfolios, and
alternative investments
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive and ownership mentality
  • Experience working with NRI, global professionals, or internationally diversified portfolios

Qualifications
  • 5-12 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP , or NISM are advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
