Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune District. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients interested in RaRi Softworks digital marketing and storytelling solutions.
Responsibilities include delivering tailored sales presentations and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing new business. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client needs with service offerings and ensure a smooth handover after deal closure.
The Sales Executive will also track sales activities in a CRM, analyze performance metrics, and contribute feedback to refine offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management, with experience in B2B or agency sales preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear value for clients.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, sales productivity software, and basic analytics to manage accounts and report on performance.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or creative services is highly beneficial; prior experience in a marketing or tech environment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with clear accountability for results.
