A fast-scaling venture in the Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy sector, we empower global startups and mid-market brands through performance-driven campaigns, data-backed ROI optimization, and agile finance controls. Our finance function sits at the heart of client profitability, agency scalability, and operational transparency—where strategic finance meets hyper-growth marketing execution.

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing campaigns and agency P&Ls across clients and verticals.
• Design and automate financial dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track CAC, LTV, client margin, and campaign ROI in real-time.
• Partner with Sales & Delivery heads to structure client pricing models, negotiate contract terms, and safeguard gross margin thresholds.
• Oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, and compliance for client billing cycles and agency cost allocations.
• Implement financial controls and KPIs to reduce leakage, improve cash flow, and scale finance operations across multiple accounts.
• Present financial performance insights to leadership and investors, translating marketing spend into business outcomes and growth levers.
