Job Description- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple co-packing units
- Develop and onboard new co-pack partners across key regions
- Conduct vendor due diligence and establish operational governance
- Negotiate commercial contracts and performance SLAs
- Oversee plant readiness, infrastructure, and compliance for new sites
- Collaborate closely with quality, supply chain, and procurement teams
- Build and lead a team of regional operations managers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager-Co Pack should have:
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or supply chain
- Mandatory background in third-party / co-pack / contract manufacturing
- Proven experience in vendor development and plant setup or expansion
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Prior experience as a plant head or senior operations lead (min. 3 years)
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic leadership role with Leadership-level impact
- Opportunity to scale a co-packing network from the ground up
