Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is well-versed in performance marketing and has experience working in an agency environment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI for clients.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Plan campaign strategies based on client goals and industry
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies
• Create and test ad creatives and messaging
• Set up and manage conversion tracking and analytics
• Conduct A/B testing and performance optimization
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights
• Work closely with account managers and clients
• Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Agency experience is required
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
